- When you purchase a SleepTrust Guarantee, you're assured of being protected against additional expense, inconvenience and accidental events. Compare a SleepTrust Guarantee to a standard warranty.

- 03. Do you cover damage due to wear and tear?

- While SleepTrust Guarantee does protect against almost all accidental situations, we are not able to provide services for mattresses which have suffered from normal wear and tear.

- Your SleepTrust Guarantee plan includes an enhanced manufacturer warranty; full year comfort exchange; service solutions in the event of accidental stains or orders. SleepTrust Guarantee also includes warranty coverage for approved mattress protectors sold by your retailer with the SleepTrust plan.

- If you should encounter a manufacturer defect, damage, stains or odor issues, or simply have a desire to exchange your mattress under the SleepTrust comfort exchange, call us directly and we'll assist you as quickly as possible. Contact Us.

- 06. How is a Service Request handled?

- When you place a Service Request with SleepTrust Guarantee, we automatically track every aspect of the request from beginning to completion. All we need to know to provide service is your name and mattress purchase information.

- 07. Do I really need the SleepTrust Guarantee plan?

- With every SleepTrust Guarantee plan, you'll discover how comfortable, confident and reassured you feel when you know you're protected from any possible mishaps that could occur with your mattress.

- 08. Doesn't the manufacturer provide a warranty?

- A standard manufacturer warranty covers only defects. The SleepTrust Guarantee offers enhanced warranty protection, a full year comfort exchange and complete protection against accidental stains and odors - plus, "no-hassle" service to resolve practically any mattress issue.

- 09. What if I want to cancel my SleepTrust Guarantee plan?

- Many SleepTrust Guarantee plans are already included with the purchase of your new mattress. However, if you purchased your SleepTrust Guarantee plan separately, you may cancel anytime within thirty (30) days of purchase and any fees you paid for your plan will be automatically refunded. - 10. Is my SleepTrust Guarantee plan transferable?

- Yes. Unlike a typical mattress warranty, if you transfer ownership of your mattress to someone else, the SleepTrust Guarantee goes right along with it. Simply Contact Us to update the ownership information. There is no fee for this service.

- 11. Do you have a payment plan?

- Many mattresses already include the protection provided by the SleepTrust Guarantee. However, if purchased separately, in most instances, your SleepTrust Guarantee plan can be financed together with your new mattress (varies by retailer).

- 12. How do I determine or ensure my mattress is covered by the SleepTrust Guarantee?
