One Full Year Comfort Exchange

Sometimes the selection of a new mattress may turn out to be the less-than-ideal solution. With SleepTrust Guarantee, you have the benefit of a full year to determine if your mattress is delivering the best comfort possible. Here's how the SleepTrust Comfort Exchange works:

  • First, it's important to have a "comfort adjustment" period for the first 30 days following delivery so your mattress can properly adapt to your body (remember, you may have been sleeping on a well-worn mattress and your new mattress needs time to adjust to your body for maximum sleep comfort);
  • After the 30th day and up to a full year following purchase, you may choose to replace your mattress. You will receive a 100% Exchange Credit* which may be applied against the purchase of a replacement mattress.
  • No charge for pick-up of previously purchased mattress or delivery of exchanged mattress (within your retailer's delivery area)

Quality Mattress Protector

To ensure healthy sleep and additional protection of your mattress we recommend the purchase and use of a quality mattress protector. The SleepTrust Guarantee requires an approved mattress protector to be purchased at the same time as your new mattress to be eligible for any exchange. In addition, the SleepTrust Guarantee provides:

* SleepTrust Exchange Credit

The SleepTrust Exchange Credit may only be applied to the purchase of a new mattress from the same retailer and same location as the purchase of the original mattress. Any additional cost (due the purchase of a higher-priced mattress) is the responsibility of the customer. The SleepTrust Exchange Credit has no cash value and any amounts remaining following exchange are not refunded.
