Most manufacturers offer a standard manufacturer’s warranty with the purchase of a new mattress. Unfortunately, these limited warranties tend to be highly restrictive and generally cover only manufacturing defects.
 
In most cases, services are available only under certain conditions and sometimes at additional expense. However, your SleepTrust Superior Plan provides protection coverage that is significantly enhanced.

The Superior Plan includes the following 5 + 2 Year coverage*:

7 Years Total Coverage when you activate your plan online.

Enhanced Manufacturer's Warranty
We provide manufacturer's warranty assistance including toll-free contact number, trained Customer Care Representatives, in-home inspection (if required).

Accidental Damage Repair 
In the event of an accidental rip, tear or burn, we will assist you with repairing your Sleep Set up to and including full replacement of the damanaged piece(s).

Free Mattress Health & Stain Protector and Maintenance Kit
Includes a SleepTrust Mattress Protector, multi-purpose spot remover, mattress freshner and sponge.

Free Advice and Products for Stain and Odor Removal
Unlimited professional stain removal advice provided by toll-free telephone (1-866-784-3996) together with free stain removal products delivered to your home at no additional cost.

Free Stain and Odor Removal Service
Should the stain or odor persist following use of our free stain and odor removal products, we’ll arrange to have your Sleep Set professionally cleaned in your home by a trained and qualified technician at no additional charge to you.

Mattress Replacement
If we determine the stain or odor cannot be removed, or in the event your Sleep Set cannot be repaired, we’ll provide you with a SleepTrust Exchange Credit* for a mattress replacement.

At SleepTrust we work hard to provide a fast response to your service request, with quick resolution to almost any mattress issue with no-hassle exchanges when required.

If your Plan Card SKU# (found at the bottom right-hand corner of the card), begins with the following:

* You can add an additional 2 years of coverage free when you activate your plan online within 60 days of purchase at http://activate.sleeptrust.com

** The SleepTrust Exchange Credit may only be applied to the purchase of a new mattress from the same retailer and same location as the purchase of the original mattress. Any additional cost (due the re-selection of a higher-priced mattress) is the responsibility of the customer.
