We take care of all the details, including the provision of free stain and odor removal products, scheduling of in-home inspection and service appointments, authorizing repair and/or facilitating replacement of mattresses as required.
Our extensive network of authorized technicians throughout the US and Canada are selected based on their quality of service, referrals and experience in the industry. Working with your service personnel, our team of service managers regularly monitors and reports on the performance of our service technicians to ensure the highest standards of service are delivered to your customers.
Customer service requests may be submitted to us by telephone, fax, online (via our service web) or by e-mail. All of our services are carefully monitored for turn-around processing, service fulfillment and achievement of customer satisfaction.
